Artiste peintre autodidacte, elle est passionnée des arts ; musique, danse, peinture dès son jeune âge.
En 1989, elle s'inscrit à un cours de peinture à l'huile. Dès lors, cet art a été révélateur.

Fondatrice et professeur de yoga d'un centre de yoga sur la rive-sud de Montréal depuis 2011, elle s'inspire de cette discipline ancestrale pour créer ses toiles de collection bouddha.

ELENY- (Hélène Gagnon) is a self-taugh painter, she is passionate about the arts; music, dance, painting from an early age. In 1989, she enrolled in an oil painting course. From then on, this art has been revealing. Founder and yoga teacher of a yoga center on the south shore of Montreal since 2011, she draws inspiration from this ancestral discipline to create her buddha collection painting. Art & Yoga, are her two passions, two worlds which bring her immeasurable well-being.
Artist statement: "When I enter my studio, time stops. I am in the middle of meditation and I let myself be transported by my breath, which enters into union with my body and my mind. The present moment, this precious moment allows me to create. I look forward to offering you, with my new collection, a moment of peace, calm and serenity."
