About the work
The North American B-25J Mitchell Mk. III of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton, Ontario. One of my favourite aircraft in their collection of vintage warplanes. This medium bomber was introduced in 1941 and was named in honour of Major General William "Billy" Mitchell, a pioneer of U.S. military aviation. This particular one of the museum was built in 1945 and is flown regularly.
