About the work

I created this work because I wanted to bring color, dynamism and healthy energy to canvas. With spring and Mother's Day upon us, this painting was done at an appropriate time to meet the occasion. It was also a great exercise to paint a still life on canvas board, to take a break from painting landscapes on large canvases. I love seeing colorful, blooming flowers when I go out because it reminds me to have a fresh, positive attitude toward life. That's why I'm sharing my works with you all today. :)
