About the work

Il est 5h30, il fait froid, la noirceur d’un matin enneigé où tombent des milliers de flocons dans l’immensité d’un paysage endormi m’a secoué. Je ne sais pas si c’est la froidure ou la bataille des milliers de petits flocons qui a inspiré cette œuvre, mais chose certaine ce petit matin de décembre a su animer mes pinceaux.

It is 5:30 am, it is cold, the darkness of a snowy morning where thousands of flakes fall in the immensity of a sleeping landscape has shaken me. I do not know if it is the coldness or the battle of the thousands of small flakes which inspired this work, but one thing is certain this small morning of December knew how to animate my brushes.
