About the work

This Mandala was created with colors specific to setting and having healthy boundaries. From the yellows,within, which remind us to be cautious, to the red on the outside which brings us full-stop. Each layer, or ring, is a place to pause and reflect, "is this really what we want?". Finding a place to take time to pause and breathe when setting boundaries is an important part of the process.
