Purchase Returns: No Fees, No Problems!

Not entirely pleased with your purchase? No worries! At Arto Galleria, you can return your artwork within 10 days of arrival, following our return policy. You will be reimbursed fully, including the cost of shipping and handling.

If you return comes within this 10-day period, your refund request will be granted within one working day after you ship your artwork. However, for complete reimbursement, your order must be in prime condition and sent back in its original packaging.

How About a Replacement?

If you want a replacement instead, simply write to the artist within the 10-day period. If the artist can accommodate you, our team will quickly communicate with you.

Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement of your purchase, the procedure is simple. You must send us an email that includes the reason for the return or exchange, as well as pictures supporting the reason for this return or exchange.

Once they receive all the necessary information, a member of our team will contact you. All the documents you need, like shipping labels or commercial invoices for international shipments, will be sent to you by email.

What must I do if my artwork incurred damages during shipping?

Make sure to follow the guidelines as defined in the “Return Policy”. To facilitate the refund or replacement process, we recommend you include pictures of the damage and send everything back in its original packaging.

Should I arrange for the artwork’s pickup?

No need to arrange anything in case of a return or a replacement! One working day before pickup, we’ll send you every required document by email: shipping labels, commercial invoices for international shipments, etc. This way, your order can be returned as promptly as possible, and you won’t have to pay a cent for shipment.

What if I’ve never received my order?

If 30 days after the estimated arrival date, you still didn’t get your artwork, please reach out to us on our “Contact” page. You can also communicate with the artist by accessing your account’s “Orders” section and by clicking on “Contact” next to the purchase in question.

Is a cancellation possible?

You can cancel your order at any time until the artwork is shipped. If shipping hasn’t been confirmed yet, you must send us an email that includes the reason for the cancellation.
