I came to love portrait photography especially of the people who I got to know in my neighbourhood of Montreal. My daily walk ton the bus stop, I came to befriend our tireless crossing guard. As many of us who walk by her path we could stop and chat. This was our safe family neighbourhood. From the 1983 street series only Crossing Guard and Jean Talon Market remains. Shot in 1983. Last printed 2008. Unframed
