About the work

Climate change was the energetic reason for this painting. I needed to express my feelings of being overwhelmed in order to gain some release and calmness back into my life. Sometimes we don't consider the deeper causes of our emotional state and instead allow our feelings and emotions to become a contrary pattern.

Universal Message as I was painting:
"A flood usually reaches its high water mark for only a few brief moments before it begins to subside. You'll never know the true extent of your abilities until you dive into a crisis with complete abandon and dedicate every ounce of your energy and being to the cause at hand."
