A piece from Komorebi 木漏れ日collection.

Inspired by the Japanese concept of "Komorabi," which refers to the graceful play of sunlight filtering through the trees, this exhibition explores the profound symbolism and fleeting nature of life's beauty. Artworks include a distinctive fusion of analog collages and light digital interventions. Each artwork is meticulously created before being photographed or scanned. The original physical versions of the artworks are purposefully destroyed in order to reflect the ephemeral and elusive nature of existence itself. My goal in creating this artwork is to represent the transience of beauty and the fleeting nature of life's moments. The pieces explore the struggles, triumphs, resiliency, and beauty of life Intuitive urges and the artists' psychological state at the time of the artistic endeavor have determined the form and theme of the pieces. By exploring the small details of existence, such as the brief moments of beauty that last mere seconds and then disappear into eternity, I invite viewers to reflect on the profound narratives embedded within our everyday experiences we all share. The pieces offer contemplation and introspection, amidst the weight carried by the narratives portrayed. By engaging with these artworks, viewers will be invited to embrace the promise of tranquility and contentment, finding solace in the transient nature of life.
