Amber Pauls

I am a self-taught artist and have come to develop my style by always experimenting with different techniques and mediums and using bright colours. Recently, I have been using photo transfer and textured papers to create unique layered pieces. My favourite look is when a singular image stands alone in front of a bold background.

As a creative person who has played piano professionally for many years, I also love having the opportunity to express myself visually and sharing my view of the world through painting.

I have a studio space in Calgary, AB, that I enjoy using when I’m home from my job of 17 years as a flight attendant.

I have shown my pieces at various art shows and venues in Alberta, created movie posters, wedding invitations, album covers, and have been honoured to have my art grace the walls of many homes.
