Lari - artiste-peintre

Lari - Painter is the artist name of Christine Larivière. Born in 1985 and originally from Chambly, she now lives in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Passionate about art since her childhood, Christine studied animation and computer graphics. Throughout her career, she has always been asked to produce various illustration elements. She has been studying at the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Montréal since 2013 and continues to perfect her technique and knowledge of art. Participating in several symposiums, Christine received the 1st prize of the mayor's choice at the 2019 Laprairie Art Show Competition.

Lari tries to get closer to the real and pure meaning of life, our life.
In this search for deep truth, she tries to capture life in images and hopes, by sharing it, to inscribe it in the continuity of time.
Most of her paintings feature children, workers or simple people, in their own everyday life, in their personal universe.
