B. Roszko

Beth Roszko is a Contemporary Artist who began painting in 1967. She was born in 1946 in Edmonton, AB and presently lives in Midway, B.C. Her career began when 3 different magazines requested work resulting in 8 cover pages. Her biggest show reflected 35 years of artistic growth. She has been the featured artist both for "Spiritfest" in Calgary, AB & Legacy Den Art Gallery in Penticton, BC.; plus her work is consistently on display in the Grand Forks Art Gallery and throughout the boundary country. Her method is to surrender to her subconscious which can lead her through an emotional need for realism, surrealism, or abstract. The longer you look at her art pieces the more you can see and understand how the work relates to you. It is her hope that her art piece gives you as much joy as it gave her to create it.
