My artistic journey is as vibrant and eclectic as my creations. With a dedication to painting and drawing, I recently rekindled my passion for art through the captivating medium of acrylic abstracts. At 77 years young, and with oxygen my constant companion, I fearlessly explore the depths of my creativity.

My experiences abroad, particularly during my five years living in Indonesia, enriched my artistic spirit. Immersed in the rich tapestry of Indonesian culture, I absorbed the intricate patterns of Batik textiles, the vibrant colours of Balinese ceremonies, and the spiritual essence of traditional Indonesian art forms. These influences infuse my work with a unique blend of exoticism and introspection, capturing the essence of my worldly adventures.

In my former life in the Film Industry, where I served as a First Aid Attendant for 25 years, I honed my ability to respond to the unexpected, a skill that undoubtedly informs my approach to art, infusing each piece with spontaneity and resilience.

Beyond my artistic endeavours, my creative energy extends to crafting resin jewellery and breathing new life into discarded furniture through up-cycling, a testament to my resourcefulness and commitment to sustainability.
