Jeweliyana Reece

Jeweliyana is a multi-disciplinary artist. She creates in acrylic painting, fused glass and digital design. Her signature style is a vibrant mix of color, depth and texture. Never one to color inside the lines or follow the rules, she balances the intenseness of perfectionist tendencies with the lightness of following your heart by switching between object and abstract art. This gives her work a unique twist. Each direction influences the other, woven together with the common threads of texture, depth, and color, ‘Balance’ is key and ‘surprise and delight’ is almost mandatory.
She grew up in Western Canada where the Rocky Mountains meet the prairies and finds a lot of inspiration right in her own backyard. “Backyard” is a relative term though, to this lover of travel and adventurer of the spiritual or culinary kind. Her zest for life finds inspiration everywhere.
