Wave Your Way, founded by Lina , traces its root to the heart of Latin America where the art of macrame originated. Lina’s love for travel and handmade craftsmanship led her to a transformative journey in 2013, hitchhiking from Xinjiang China to Nepal. In a local family’s home in Pokhara village , she discovered the mesmerising world of macrame knotting techniques, where simple threads and stones could be transformed into one-of-a-kind art pieces. Inspired by this encounter , she has since made it a tradition to create macramé jewellery on her travels.
