Mojgan Jafari

Mojgan was born in Iran. She was passionate about colors and beauty from her early age. By age 7 she received her first art instructions from the local artist. From young age she explored and tried different mediums and techniques, and she collected years of experience on Graphite pencil, Chalk Pastel, Pastel pencil, Acrylic, Colored pencil, and oil painting.
Mojgan got inspired by ’Martin Johnson Head’ and ’Ivan Shishkin’ in still life and landscape paintings when she started her journey in art .
She loves to draw nature, birds, and portraits. She is a realistic artist who pays attention to details that you can see on her artworks.

She had some exhibitions in her back home, and one exhibition with a group of artists in Markham, ON to support SAAAC.

Mojgan moved to Canada with her family in 2013 , she lives and works in Barrie, ON now.
