Natalia Pechenkina

My name is Natalia Pechenkina and I am an artist of interior painting. I was born in Altai Russia in 1957. I live in Irkutsk, Siberia. I am a self-taught artist. I started my career more than 15 years ago. I use various modern techniques – bar-relief, sculptural and volumetric painting, mirrors, FluidArt, epoxy resin. I am always improving my professional skills, and I often participate in national and international exhibitions.

In August 2022 my artwork won third place in the nomination «Abstraction» at the exhibition «Russian talents» that was held in the new Tretyakov Gallery. June 2023 Bronze medal at the competition "Art. Perfection. Recognition."
I have been the Member of the Association of artists of modern art (AHSI), Saint Petersburg since 2021. Member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia, Honorary Member of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts 2023.
My artworks are sold at russian and international galleries - Artmajeur, Tricera, The Artling, АртМост, Онлайн24, ARTdoART. In January my artwork in FluidArt technique was sent to America and there are lots of my artworks in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Stavropol, Rostov, Krasnoyarsk.
My favourite technique is FluidArt because of its unpredictability that encourages me to make many experiments. While making my paintings I almost immerse in meditation and forget about time and space around. Various effects of my each new artwork expire me to create the next one. The basic colours of my art are natural shades of my region : they are blue as the river Angara and lake Baikal, brown and green as boundless Taiga. I try to show bright and various nature of Siberia in my paintings.
Bringing joy, happiness and tranquility from the contemplation of my artworks is the main purpose of my art! I breathe PEACE and LOVE with my artworks in the souls of people who contemplate them.
