Welcome. Art permits me to escape from everyday life’s distractions, to express my emotions and to show my personality. While admiring my paintings, I want my art to give you joy and serenity and a feeling of escaping into a stress free environment. My favorite medium is oil, especially in the glazing technique of the old masters for it’s realism and depth. I love the colorful works of impressionism. My favorite subjects are landscapes, birds, stilllife and portraits. My artworks are inspired by places I visit, favorite artists I admire being Van Gogh, Monet, Bourgereau and Italian renaissance.
