Ted Wallace

" From the Nest" is one of the themes that has been recurring for 30 years.

We had 3 children when I went back to University to upgrade so I could teach art in a high school. While taking courses in creativity and doing a self directed art course a dam bike inside of me. Energy, creativity and art poured out of me. I hardly slept and painted day and night. The images were all about new life and spirit coming in to family. When I got home and showed my wife she said. "OOOHH! I think I am pregnant with our 4th." She was. Despite our crazy busy family life I had to paint and made a pact that I would spend some time in my studio everyday no matter how busy life was. I still spend much of my day in my studio almost everyday.
