Sunset Series

The Sunset Series started with this painting. A 3' x 5' oil on canvas wrap.

As a child we holidayed on the west coast of Vancouver island every summer.
Long Beach is a wild and beautiful place - like no other on this planet.

I always felt something was missing after leaving Vancouver island. 27 yrs later I was able to return to my favourite spot.

I built a home here, and my roaming days are over.

The Sunset Series are a tribute to my family and home.

Thank you Mum and Dad for the opportunity to see so much of the world and being able to know exactly where my heart belonged.
